Private Trip Planning Consultation A half-day, one-on-one session where I build your Swiss trip around you — not a template, not a top-ten list. Tell me what you love, what you're hoping to feel, and how you like to travel, and I'll map it out using what I actually know firsthand: the trails without the crowds, the hut with the best rösti, the restaurant locals actually go to, the village that hasn't made it into a guidebook yet. What you get: A 3-hour working session (video call or in person, depending on availability, broken in 2 sessions, initial & final) Hiking routes matched to your ability, interests, and pace Hotel and mountain hut recommendations, chosen firsthand Restaurant and local food recommendations Seasonal events, markets, or festivals worth building your trip around Insider timing and routing advice to help you avoid the crowds Price: CHF 180
Cancellation Policy
Travel Consultation Policy Thank you for booking a trip planning session. Please read this policy before booking. 1. Booking & Payment Consultations (Trip Planning Call, Half-Day, and Full-Day sessions) are private, one-on-one sessions. Full payment is required at booking to reserve your date and time. We accept CHF and EUR. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48 hours or more before your session: full refund or free reschedule. Less than 48 hours before: non-refundable, though we'll do our best to offer a one-time reschedule if notice is given. No-shows are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable. If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or may reschedule at no extra cost. 3. What's Included Each session includes the consultation itself as described on its service page, along with any written materials, recommendations, or itinerary documents specified for that tier. Pricing reflects preparation time, the session itself, and follow-up materials where applicable. 4. Accuracy of Recommendations All recommendations are based on firsthand, current local knowledge at the time of your session. Availability, prices, opening hours, and conditions (trails, huts, transport) may change after your session and are outside our control — we recommend confirming key details (especially hut bookings) closer to your travel dates. 5. Client Responsibility Final decisions about routes, bookings, and travel arrangements remain your responsibility. Switzerland Unscripted provides planning guidance and recommendations but does not book accommodations, transport, or activities on your behalf unless separately agreed. 6. Rescheduling Sessions If you need to reschedule a Half-Day or Full-Day session that's split across multiple parts, please give as much notice as possible so we can find a suitable new time for the remaining session.
